cs4 help!
noticed a while back kevin was having some trouble installing his cs4 and now i can’t seem to get mine installed. tried it today for the first time and the setup launches then doesn’t respond at all. help! and thanks in advance. and yes, i’ve tried it many times but nothing is working. arg!Kevin had to call tech support in India.. you can mention my name they will move you to the top of the que. Adobe is sending him a DVD copy. Since you got a “legit” copy” you got tech support for free. Did you down load Anti-Quarantine program?
Billy said something about typing a command in Terminal to get his installed. Indeed I did have to call tech support in India (I presume). They ended up sending me installer discs, which are installing as I type this. I didn’t run across the Terminal fix for the issue, or I’dve tried that first.
