Time Machine
If I had a time machine, I would go back to July 4, 2004. Undoubtably, that date probably means very little to all of you, but it was very special for me. That date was the real beginning to my life and I miss it very much. Things were great, and I was at the peak of my happiness. Sure I am better off financially now, but I would gladly take back on all that debt if I could go back and do things right this time. I have made some very poor decision in my life which have landed me where I am today. I have royally fucked things up and since no such time machine exists, I have to be a man and suffer the consequences of my actions. Oy vey!
You, my friend, are suffering from what we call experience and wisdom. Since you’re not dead, we can correctly assume that you are a better, stronger person for having ‘royally f*cked things up’ back then.
Welcome to the club! Just be thankful you recognize the bad decisions and have learned from them.
I wouldn’t trade all my f*ck-ups for the world.
