Spent the day with Mom at the hospital yesterday. She’s recovering well, although she thinks she’s a lot healthier than she actually is.

They’re still treating the pneumonia, and once that’s under control, the cardiologists are going to take over and see what happened with her heart. They’re still not 100% sure she had a heart attack, but they’re going to find out. What actually brought her to the hospital to begin with was respiratory failure (which could have been brought on by a heart attack, or could have caused one).

Bottom line is that she’s getting better, and that’s a huge relief for all of us.
